Last yr. the Army and NJDEP allowed millions of people to walk the beaches of Surf City declaring them free of weapons and safe. People still found them anyway. The Gov't decided the whole beach needed to be screened and $20 mil. was allocated for the job. Now it seems the Army bomb disposal squads have found many hundreds more of these old munitions.
